Born in Ürümqi, China. Francis is a photo-based visual artist currently based in Toronto, Ontario. He holds a BFA from OCAD University, Photography major under the Faculty of Fine Arts. He views his art practice as self-expression, exploring the themes of relationships, psychology and spirituality.
As a trained photographer he often begins his projects with photography and incorporates with other materials and mediums in order to visualize his concepts.
